💡 👷 Learning from incidents is important to improve safety, but we must also proactively learn from normal work.

By spending time engaging with the engineers doing the job in the field, across both our own organisation and our service partners, we can identify improvements and predict where and why incidents are likely to occur. The result? A safer worksite for all of us.

We recently hosted a 'Learning Teams' workshop in Stavanger with our service partner Baker Hughes. Thank you to everyone who participated and your commitment to making our workplace safer. We look forward to running more of these workshops across our global business in 2023.
