💚 Last week it was Mental Health Awareness week in the UK and the theme for this year was Nature; something which many of us have turned to during the long months of the pandemic. From walks at the beach and in the mountains, to growing plants and spending time on the farm with pet lambs! These are just some of the ways our employees connect with nature to help their mental well-being. All of these things in nature can help you to find a sense of calm, lift your mood and help you feel better about things.
